Account Deletion Request
This page explains how to permanently delete your RahaTap account and the data associated with it. To protect your privacy, you must be logged in to your account before you can submit the deletion request.
Important
- Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, it cannot be undone.
- You must be logged in (on web or in-app) to access the deletion option.
- If you have multiple profiles/links inside your account, deleting your account removes all of them.
How to delete your account on the Web
- Sign in to your account on the RahaTap website.
- Go to: Dashboard
- Open: App Settings
- Select: Delete Account Forever
- Confirm the deletion request.
How to delete your account in the Mobile App
- Open the RahaTap app and sign in to your account.
- Go to: More
- Open: My Information
- Select: Delete Account Forever
- Confirm the deletion request.
What data will be deleted
- Account profile information (e.g., name, email address, phone number).
- All user-created content within the account (e.g., profiles, links, settings, and related content you created).
- App-related preferences and configurations tied to your account.
Data that may be retained
In some cases, we may retain limited information only when required by law, to prevent fraud/abuse, to resolve disputes, or to comply with legal obligations. If retained, access is restricted and the data is stored securely.
Retention period
Account deletion is processed after confirmation. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period (for example, up to 90 days) before it is permanently removed through normal backup rotation.
